Foam Direct UK Delivery
Foam Direct aims to process all orders in a fast and efficient manner. With an option of next day delivery available for qualifying orders, we are considered the fastest online supplier of foam cut to size in the UK.
We appreciate that our customers do not want to wait long for their orders to arrive. That is why we make it our priority to dispatch your foam to you as quickly as possible.
If your item is in stock at the time of purchase, we can usually dispatch your order for next working day delivery. This is providing that your order is placed and confirmed before 11:30 AM Monday – Thursday (excluding holiday dates).
Next day delivery is also subject to UK delivery zones. Please check our delivery zones to confirm an estimated date of arrival. Delivery on a Saturday is possible inside Zone 1. This will, however, cost an additional £10.

Worldwide Delivery – Zone 5
Zone 5 refers to areas outside of the displayed map. We are able to ship to areas outside of the United Kingdom on certain occasions. If you require Zone 5 delivery, please contact us for confirmation before purchasing. If an order is placed before contacting us, we will contact you for confirmation before processing your order.
Where is My Order?
Foam Direct uses the courier service DPD to fulfill delivery of orders. If you would like to view up to date tracking information for your order, you can do so on the DPD website.
From this website, you will be able to view the time when your order at the depot, whether your order has been loaded for delivery, who signed for it and who it was left with.
If we need to use an alternative courier to deliver your order, we will inform you of this. You should be able to view similar tracking information on that courier’s respective website.
Once you are on the DPD website, input your order details including the account reference number (01483275) and consignment reference. The consignment reference is the order reference you should have received after the order was placed.
If you would like to speak to DPD customer service via the telephone, you can call 0121 275 0500. Please have your account reference number and consignment number to hand if calling.
If Nobody is Available to Receive Your Order
DPD requires a signature upon delivery. If nobody is available to receive your order, the driver will leave a card explaining that delivery could not be completed. If this was the first attempt at delivery, you will be able to reschedule for a more suitable time via the DPD website.
You can also designate somebody to receive your order instead (such as a neighbour). Call the DPD customer helpline on 0121 275 0500, quoting your account reference number and order number to do this.
Reschedule Your Delivery
To reschedule the day of your delivery, visit the DPD website. Enter your postcode, order number and the account reference number. Then follow the proceeding steps.
If Your Item is Damaged or Something is Missing
Please fully check your order before accepting it from the courier. Be sure to check for any significant outer damage to the packaging. If you notice any damage which is cause for concern, please either sign for it as damaged or refuse delivery. Please contact us immediately if your order is damaged or anything is missing.
Special Conditions for Courier
*Zone 1 – Unfortunately we cannot fully guarantee that your order will arrive on the given delivery date. However, the courier service we use has a 98% success rate.
*Zone 2 – Delivery within 24/48 hours is an approximation. This will be accurate in the majority of cases but cannot be guaranteed.
*Zone 3 & 4 – Delivery to these zones can take up to 72 hours to arrive. Regrettably, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive within 72 hours. However, delivery will be fulfilled within this window for the majority of orders.
Zone 5 – Please contact us prior to ordering to confirm delivery details.
All of our delivery estimations are given in good faith. We always aim to dispatch your order within the given timescale. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of time or money caused by delays. The same applies to missed or incorrect deliveries carried out by third-party couriers. We cannot accept liability for any loss of profit or indirect losses caused by these circumstances.
